No further, as yesterday was closed my theme the strange explanation of one of the admins. Here is all the text:

Tiutchev, why start such threads? Peaceful dialogue and reasoned debate there. Participants in the discussion do not listen to each other. Then why?

I have long been a strange feeling that the forum, in addition to the existing rules, there are some rules, which somehow kept secret. I wish all the same to clarify this issue. Specifically, on what basis the administration decides what topics are closed, and what is not? Are there any criteria about which we are active forum participants are not informed? Please understand it correctly, creating a quality theme takes time and effort. And so I would not want to spend both in vain.
I understand that the owners and administration of the site may have their own political views and preferences. There is nothing strange about it. Strange and unacceptable, in my opinion, is that as a result of the presence, in addition to the official rules, there are unwritten rules for assigning subjective people in uncomfortable and humiliating position. Well, for example, if in the rules of the forum would have been an official ban on the topics of in a negative light of U.S. policy, then I knew it would not have to spend time creating your own theme. And I would be relieved of that unpleasant feeling that occurs when someone who is able to manage my life (even in the virtual world), uses it for my humiliation. What is the humiliation, you ask? And I answer, the humiliation that they give you to understand, even if indirectly, that you are second-class people. We can do with you, whatever we want and whenever you want. Want banned, but we want to close the subject without any explanation of reasons or for reasons clearly frivolous. What are the rules? Forget it! Rules for Fools!

I always feel in this situation a little boy, with respect to which an adult, using the fact that he is strong, committed an injustice. The analogy with the helplessness of the child seems particularly appropriate here, because due to technical features of the forum, I can not answer adequately. I would like to understand why my theme is provocative, and the topic of Gregory there? Why is my topic was closed, despite the fact that it lasted only days (btw, for those days it was visited by 400 people) and there was no conflict, except for those strange, but still generally innocent message of the local "gay specialist on all issues? Why does the admin decided that "calm dialogue and reasoned debate is not" when just a discussion of this topic is a calm and reasoned, unlike many other themes? How to understand the phrase, "the panelists do not listen to each other." How do you know when participants listen to each other, and when not? Why in other subjects "wrong" positions are simply removed, and this (not only) is closed? Frankly, I so often had occasion to observe the situation that a reasonable question, and not waste it taking to close those annoying? It's just a guess, but you will agree, is not baseless.

So, do not be simpler to replace what would have to play with us in the cat and mouse, and thereby create conflict situations, to score in the list of rules to those that can not be opened! Specify precisely which topics are forbidden to discuss in our forums!

And yet, I would not waste my time writing these texts, though shaped and described my situation would not be repeated here many times. I would even say it has become commonplace.
