the words "SPECIAL"

I often come across pictures, before hanging in various sanatoriums and boarding houses. In all of them, on a stretcher, written by various abbreviated words:
"Table." - Dining
"Gl.korp." - Main Building,
"West." - Lobby
"Lech.korp." - The medical case,
"K to the room" - kinokontserny Hall.
Well, and so forth.
And because I am sure that the word "Spec" means it is a place in any institution where the painting hung. Or is this very institution.
A beautiful version of the pro Spetskhran, about repressed, pro confiscated - this is nothing more than a beautiful version. Everything is much easier ...
