Cleverly twisted seller "ben_gur", to use that explanation. And never occurred to him that in eleven years (!!) "disciples" of the artist can walk under the table, and "environment" under him.
Nevertheless, this is so.
Here's the original text (the same for both works, except for size) and its translation.

Ein großartiges Werk aus den 60-ern!

Diese ausgezeichnete Arbeit stammt vom russisch-sowjetischen Meister, Vladimir Feodorovitch Stozharov (1926-1937) oder eines Schülers aus nächstem Umfeld.

Das Gemälde stammt aus einer privaten Sammlung, ist leider nicht signiert; die Maße: 55cm zu 47cm, (71cm zu 68cm) nicht gespannt (wurde aus Russland ohne Keilrahmen geliefert).

Es befindet sich in einem guten Zustand.

This magnificent work hand-Russian Soviet artist Vladimir Fedorovich Stozharov (1926-1937!!! Look at the date !!!) or his disciples (his school, its environment).

The origin of the work - private collection, it is not signed, size: 55h47 cm, (71H68 cm) without a stretcher (sent to /from Russia without stretcher).
Good condition.
