One cannot understand what You want to hear?In painting,as I understood You are not a novice,the picture You have on hand and to explore it much easier than us-bad photo.If the first picture of the pre-revolutionary period ,it is quite good:the story of the sea,the size,the type level(Kapustin,Cascandy,Shevtsova),and the signature of the possible native there.Left to bring it in saleable condition,it is desirable to arrange in an old gilt frame and sell for good money.P.S. It is not excluded that the picture eventually "POPs"on one of the auctions,with signature confirmation stated in the picture.
