The work is signed "N. Sergeev". Where You see the letters?

No doubt. Whether the picture presented to be a copy of N. A. Sergeeva? Do not presume to judge. I seascapes Sergeeva unknown. Rather here or some other Sergeev, or a copy of this thing, which was signed by the surname of the famous landscape painter.
