That's just not clear how Zenchenko name can be written with yatem - W ѣ nchenko ?
Added after 1 hours 17 minutes P.S. I looked different lists of pre-revolutionary names. It turns out that the originals were Zenchenko , writing their names in yat . Ex. in the list of officers for 1910 RIA - 6 Zenchenko Zѣnchenko 1 , in Address RI -calendar for 1913 (officials) - the ratio of 8 to 3  >.
