Very interested in your opinion on the following issues :

1) how significant relationship between sales prices of works of art at auction and their estimeytami ? Customize whether high estimeyty hammer price even more accelerated growth ?

2) whether there are real examples where the works of art bring additional income to the owner ( for example, increased the influx of visitors to the hotel /restaurant) ?

3 ) Is there anywhere a database of sales at auction in Excel - to download all the items for the period ( year or more) at once ? I have a subscription to this website , as well as Artasanasset and Artprice. But nothing seems to be in sight not seen ... <! - ~ 2 ~ ->
