Unfortunately, working in a state institution, can not become independent. I Erofeev personally do not know, I want to believe that he is a very decent man ... but ... facts somewhat tempted to trust in him. I think the Ministry of Culture will be exactly the same reason and would prefer to play safe. Not to see Erofeev state support. Is that some private sponsor will find. Let out to Abramovich is in his CCC.
