Sell the first edition of Lermontov and Lobachevsky

Nov. 29 at the IV Antiquarian Book Fair in CHA will sell the first of the published poems of Lermontov's "Hadji Abrek" and the first edition of the work "On the basis of geometry" Lobachevsky.

Publication Lermontov in 1835 estimated at 400 thousand rubles, and the work of Lobachevsky - 3,5 million rubles. In June 2006, Sotheby's put a copy of the same edition of Lobachevsky, assessing it at 200-250 thousand pounds (8,5-10,7 million rubles at current rates).

In addition, the bid will be the first edition of his lifetime Poltava by Alexander Pushkin (475 rubles), the first edition of "Anna Karenina" by Leo Tolstoy and a rare edition of "Primer" Tolstoy in 1872 (550 thousand).
