This is an engraving of one of the series "Views of Rome." Series came out in 1748-58, 1760-74 gg. Price, if this is true imprint's lifetime (before 1778), can reach up to $ 5000 depending on the safety (look at eBay'e). But we must bear in mind that the prints of Piranesi matrices have been published and later, of course, of lower quality due to wear of the matrix - during the XIX century (at the end of the century appeared heliogravire with very large numbers) and in the XX century. Such instances are typically two orders of magnitude smaller.
