Still I can add that the picture was brought from somewhere in Europe after the Second World War.

Signature clearly read as "B. Lübtow". Omniscient global web suggests that indeed there was such Leipzig artist in the first half of the twentieth century in the genre of landscape , particularly as seascapes (http://www.artfact.com/auction-lot/l...eipziger-maler ,-1.-h.-20.-jh.-ol-lw- 1 -c-brq7vj9cza). Further searches - is up to you , urenul. Look at every Tim Becker and others like them - and , God willing, ye shall find .
