Kotyukova Tatiana was born in Tashkent. She graduated from the History Department, Tashkent State University, in 2002 she defended her thesis. Since 2003 lives in Moscow. Worked as Scientific Secretary of the All-Russian Research Institute of Documentation and archives, leading research associate at the Institute of Military History of the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces. The author of two books and dozens of scholarly articles on the history of pre-Revolutionary Turkestan.
