Dear experts!
Much to ask !

I would like to know your opinion about this picture.
Provenance is missing, has been bought by me in New York in the junk shop , mid-80s .

Oil. Canvas pasted on board , the state - below average. The hand on his shoulder that stained with : a black horizontal stripe , a part of the paint layer is lost.
The main reason for this treatment - paint flaking . Should I give a picture of a restoration ?

This work has already shown in another branch, spoke about her Guriev , Igor and Cyril Syzran . Unfortunately , I can not move a piece of dialogue.
Cyril suggested that a possible author - Golubyatnikov, student Petrov-Vodkin.

Moreover, it is closer in style to the most Petrov-Vodkin.
But who is it?
God only knows.

And it's not as actual painting, there were a CPV of similar level .
