the inscription and the year 1868.In my visual inspection.,I have formed the opinion .,the background image on the plate was originally drawn ,with the release plates,but in 1868, not a skilled artist wanted to odrestaurowany zarisoval edging plates floral ornament in the form of a red strip ,with inscription and date .,,and made repeated firing ,giving the plate the same ,but notice that the old glaze slightly inflated in the form of micro bubbles .,and the new formed according to Kant ,as there should be.
And it is not clear signature ,like it was originally ,or that the signature of this inept artist restorer .

YanG1987, sorry mark Bq plant Kornilovs, was staged in the period 1884-1900 ( grade Dulcina No. 606), so this version is illegal. The colors don't mix, song, no...the style of painting does not match the factory, we can assume that the linen factory painted later inept artist and maybe after the painting helmets were not burned.

I read it too ,but there's nothing objective written opinions,but then on another resource fished this platter on sale .,and bought for a ridiculous price.,people just forgot to specify a reserve price .,in short he was upset by what is happening ,but the plate still had to send all the same online auction . the more already gaining your level.
