I came across two old photographs (1903 - 1905 gg.), With a very kolloritnyh paintings by the artist Yakovlev "In the new apartment." Searching Moscow artists of that name. Moscow, because the picture shows a cart carrying the artist on Moskvoretsky Bridge, view of the Kremlin. He came only one Moscow artist. (second picture of "Medea", typical for VA Yakovlev, mythology). Maybe I was wrong, but still amusing.
Valentin Yakovlev (1876-1919), Russian painter. He studied at the Moscow School of Painting and Sculpture in 1901 at the KL Korovin, Valentin Serov. Qualified class artist. In 1910, together with II Zakharov (filmed one workshop), rallying around a circle of like-minded classmates: NN Agapevu, EA Zernovo, MM Chernysheva, EP Kamzolkina, organized a Moscow salon. His first public event was the evening in memory of MA Wrubel, hosted by October 1, 1910 in the literary and artistic circle. Painter, VA Yakovlev took part in the exhibition 1914-1915 gg "Artists in Moscow - the victims of war." Exhibited four works: Family Portrait, Joseph and wife Patifara, Portrait EI Knyazhevich (sobstv.pisatelya MP Artsebasheva), Joseph (option).
