Academy of Arts D.Kardovskogo , E.Lancere , Tsionglinskiy ( 1909-16 ) . In 1913 he participated in exhibitions. A member of the strategy ' World of Art " ( 1922-24 ) , " Zhartsvet "(1925) , before. thin. of " 16" ( 1923-27 ) . From 1918 he taught at Petrograd . (Leningrad ) thin. universities , Professor. One of the closest friends of Mikhail Bulgakov , in the apartment of Radloff going L.Oborin , P.Serebryakov , Anna Akhmatova , Zoshchenko , A.Osmerkin etc. In 1937 he moved to Moscow , from 1938 he taught in Moscow . thin.
