The graph cartoonist . E.L.Radlova son . He graduated from the Faculty of History and Philology . Faculty of St. Petersburg . University ( 1911). He studied in St. Petersburg . Academy of Arts D.Kardovskogo , E.Lancere , Tsionglinskiy ( 1909-16 ) . In 1913 he participated in exhibitions. A member of the strategy ' World of Art " ( 1922-24 ) , " Zhartsvet "(1925) , before. thin. of " 16" ( 1923-27 ) . From 1918 he taught at Petrograd . (Leningrad ) thin. universities , Professor. One of the closest friends of Mikhail Bulgakov , in the apartment of Radloff going L.Oborin , P.Serebryakov , Anna Akhmatova , Zoshchenko , A.Osmerkin etc. In 1937 he moved to Moscow , from 1938 he taught in Moscow . thin. Institute. Published in the yumoristich . Well . , master watered. cartoons . Prince. ill. , graphics , portraits (including "Portrait of the poet M. Kuzmin ," 1925) and other works. Articles about the problems Rec. art graphics. Winner of Art. Prize ( 1942).
