The first festival of Khlebnikov's "Tribute to Velimir" is held
from 21 October to 5 December 2010 in Moscow, Astrakhan and St. Petersburg. The festival brings together the creative power of artists, musicians, poets, architects to re-apply to the prophetic ideas Khlebnikov ("Chairman of the globe", "Budetlyanina" - so called himself one of the brightest representatives of the "Silver Age" poet Velimir Khlebnikov), set a new point reference in art, science, culture and society.
