I think that making a copy, the artist-copyist on the back of signs her own name: "A copy of such and such. Copy the original artist's signature on the front side is not accepted - smells fake.
If the copyist did not sign their work, it probably is not satisfied with the quality or did so in order to study or bust.

Do not waste your time. Let the unknown remains unknown.
