Artist Peter Pavlovich Ghana does not belong to the most active public figures who have attracted attention. He was a painter and an exquisite chamber. Ghanaian family settled in the Ukraine by Catherine II, when the ancestor of the artist, Stephen Ghana, which served as secretary to the Richelieu, changed their land in Galicia on the land in the province of Kherson. The artist's father, Pavel Petrovich Ghana, was educated in France and worked as a manager of the Kherson Gentry Bank. The revolution of 1917 caught the artist in Odessa during the next arrival from Paris to participate in the exhibition "Independent Artists".
