Hello dear experts. Please help to identify the authors of the works the time of writing,the level of work,cost and any information. The painting belonged to a veteran of the war, Russian military Colonel(1910 born) 1) Landscape size h. x/m 2) Picture size h. x,m thanks in Advance for any opinions.

The work is signed "N. Sergeev". Where You see the letters?

N. Sergeev,but not Nikolai Alexandrovich (1855-1919),that's for sure.

No doubt. Whether the picture presented to be a copy of N. A. Sergeeva? Do not presume to judge. I seascapes Sergeeva unknown. Rather here or some other Sergeev, or a copy of this thing, which was signed by the surname of the famous landscape painter.
