 Nikolai Sergeyev - landscape , honorary free partakers of the Academy of Arts (since 1887 ).
Born in Kharkov in 1855. He studied painting at the famous master and professor at the Academy of Fine Arts , LF Lagorio. Best work , " stalled River" , "June" , "Elegy ", " Tuchka passed over ", " There is a growing wind", "Steppe" , "Stars burning down ", " bay of the Dnieper ." Paintings Sergeeva different light effects.
   In 1889 he was awarded the Order of St. Stanislaus 3rd degree in the promotion of activities in the artistic field.
In 1910 N. Sergeev became an academician of landscape painting. He died in 1919.
