Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec was born November 24, 1864, in south-western France in Albi. Family of Toulouse-Lautrec was very noble, belonged to an ancient noble family. Henry in his childhood poor health, but early showed a tendency to draw.

Great influence on his style of drawing had a work of the Impressionists and Japanese prints.
