We Sysoeva have a dozen books about Deineko. He published them regularly, since 1959, last two volumes came out in 1989 (later editions I have not seen). Last night for fun all flipped: No there, of course, no mention of this masterpiece. As you know, if this thing was mentioned in any book or be on any show, this auction must be reported.
This does not change, but admitted inaccuracy: a monograph in 1959 did not write Sysoev, and IL Matza. Sorry.
