Yes there is a hotel for pilgrims. On the island are many rare, miraculous icons, after lay out photos. In the 19 century, early 20 th century monks Panteleimon monastery was 2000 people and the 2000-3000 men pilgrims! Total 5000chelovek! Today, about 100 monks live in the monastery.
