Ivleva Olga Vladimirovna was born in 1969 in the city of Kurgan.
From 1985 to 1989 he studied at the Sverdlovsk art College named. I. D. Shadr. After graduation in 1989, he enrolled in Institute. I. E. Repin in Leningrad. He studied at the faculty of graphics in the Studio of Professor V. A. Vetrogonsky. In 1993 was awarded by the Academy of Arts for excellent study trip to Germany and interned in the West-Берлинской Academy of Arts.
In 1997, was admitted as a member of the Union of artists of Russia. Is awarded the State scholarship in the field of culture and art of Russia for 2004. Member of the society of watercolorists St.-Петербурга. Works are in many Museum and private collections in Russia and abroad.
