ARTIST-ЖИВОПИСЕЦ ABRAHAM STORK
REALISM CLASSIC
SHIPS in MY HARBOUR
the River waters of Buiten-Амстел. Author: Abraham Stork.
Old mill, hundreds of thousands of tulips, cannabis, freedom of manners, the Red light district, wonderful wooden shoes – the first thing that comes to mind when you hear the Netherlands. But really, Holland is much more than these stereotypes. This is one of the most picturesque States, the birthplace of the art, striking in its incredible atmosphere. The harbour, the majestic ships, fussy people, whale hunting, and sea and battle scenes is an integral part of the work of the talented Dutch painter of the seventeenth century Abraham well, kids (Abraham Storck), the world-famous marine landscapes and topographic scenes.
"Искусство knows no boundaries, time and пространства...", @- so you can say about the works of Abraham well, kids, whose work is a detailed reproduction of marine landscapes and battles. And he was well versed in combat ships that often helped him to accurately draw them. The paintings he did and to this day do not remain without attention, and attracts hundreds of enthusiastic eyes. And it"s not surprising. Every time I look at this or that masterpiece, involuntarily thinking about what-таки incredible talent possessed by the artist, if managed so realistic and vividly convey the events of the distant XVII century, and with them, and reigning around an atmosphere.
