Default Alexander Ishin, exhibition or Paradoxes of everyday banal art update

Exhibition from November 25 to December 11
within the "Collectors - the audience"

December 25 at 18.00, at the Moscow Exhibition Hall "Gallery A3" will host an exhibition that is timed to the 70th anniversary of the People's Artist of Russia, Alexander V. Ishin.


This remarkable master, one of the masters of the domestic arts is one of the art critics wonder just called a wizard, which converts the ordinary, everyday space into a space filled with romance oberiutov. It turns out, houses, fences, attic windows, rural households with cats and roosters, and most importantly - the people who are our contemporaries - all that fills our minds - not at all what it is. We only think that the context in which we live, exhausted and therefore not so interesting. In fact, everything around is full of mysteries and riddles, and their task Ishin artist sees it, to offer all of us to participate in the experiment of Creation. As a result, we gain the chance to look at what is happening around untroubled, unblinkered and eyes wide open and see how anxious and touching everything in the first hour and minute of birth, and - at the beginning of separation between matter and mind.
To its credit, Ishin, he managed to avoid the temptation to edification, "serious" attitude to life. Language in which the artist speaks to the audience, too ostranen - master prefers pragmatic attributes of our time - the irony, defiance, ridicule, and paradoxes. No wonder the author was at the forefront of Soviet non-conformist, was in the midst of combating a conservative system for the new art. To be understood by the authorities, pioneers and disturber of the peace had to find a weapon against the party actually varnishes with their mechanical schemes, standards and templates. Biography
Alexander Ishin was born in 1941 in Ufa, where his family was evacuated. Since 1942 lives in Moscow. He graduated from the Moscow secondary art school at the Surikov Institute, and in 1966 the Moscow State Art Institute named after Surikov in the class VF Ryndin and M. Kurilko.
Student went on a creative trip in Norilsk. In the magazine "Youth" was held on the first solo exhibition of works devoted to the life of the northern city and performed in unusual for that era naively romantic style.
He worked in many genres - from painting and graphics to the facades and interiors of public buildings in various techniques (relief, mosaic, tempera painting, wood carving).
In the first painting was influenced by the national popular prints, kitsch postcards, urban folklore, naive art. In the early stages paid tribute to the "village" theme. Over the years, decorative gave way to the spiritual and philosophical quest and expressiveness.
More than 13 years in the State Specialized Institute of Arts, where he studied creative rehabilitation of people with disabilities. For five years he was its rector. Author of many scientific and methodological articles, summarizing his own creative and educational experience.

Talk of dozens of solo and group exhibitions in Russia and abroad - including the U.S. and Europe.

But I recently discovered this artist. Of course , I'm on the many fine painters do not know (AI somehow fills the gaps are numerous ), but still you - well done. And at the " A week before the flight," his work sounded and he spoke , gave comments , and in the current exhibition " All faces of the Impossible " - great work is presented and Ishin again sounded. And only that he was awarded the state . Award and , most importantly, the title People's Artist of Russia - we saw him on TV (actually, only Ishin , but still Matsuev , in my opinion, the only show ) ...

With all due respect , but I seem to be one of these secondary ? Chagall was a painter , was an artist Pyatnitsky. The second is very similar to the first, but also broke into a completely different , parallel dimension , which is essential for the artist. Pictures Pyatnitsky ( I 'm not talking about Chagall ) give a sense of belonging to some secret, to a certain otherness.

But the contemplation of paintings by the artist did not feel , but " it was already " and " but this is clearly the work of the mind." Painting should still go on something hidden, and not from the " eq I then cleverly turned ."

Maybe you are not alone. I personally do not see any association with Kurochkin , Pyatnitsky . In general, this announcement of exhibition. There will be photos, you are welcome.
