Если мы окинем широким взглядом всемирную историю, то заметим деление ее на две большие части, регулярно сменяющие друг друга.
Позади нас остается длительный процесс постоянно усиливавшейся борьбы без правил людей, классов и государств, достигший крайних пределов в 20-м веке.
Беспрецедентное развитие науки и техники делают продолжение этого процесса в прежнем направлении невозможным.
Сейчас начинается такая же большая волна нового исторического движения человечества, носящая компенсационный характер.
Нас ждет не простое время смены стиля нашей жизни, неизбежное при кардинальной перемене движения.
От языка силы, шантажа и угроз, вероломства и предательства, придется постепенно отказываться, меняя его на язык доброжелательного сотрудничества.
Для выживания, общество будет вынуждено примеривать на себя принцип «целого», характерный для любого живого организма, где все «части» выполняют свою уникальную функцию в интересах осуществления общей качественной жизни.
А так как мир, хотим мы этого или не хотим, представляет собой глобальное целое (это подтверждает и современная квантовая физика), практически ничего нового делать не нужно!
Это целое, созданное долгой эволюцией, уже существует.
Эволюция не закончилась, движение продолжается, постепенно изменяя свое направление.
Мы все принимаем активное участие в этом процессе; но наши пути, как и пути планет, закономерно вписываются в мировые геодезические линии.
Изменить орбитальное движение теоретически можно, но для этого придется затратить значительные дополнительные усилия, что не всегда осуществимо и экономически оправдано.
Поэтому, знание направления орбитальной линии или «правил движения», очень важно! Не соблюдение этих правил наказывается природой.
Нам часто кажется, что жизнь движется по прямой; что можно не задумываясь существовать также, как наши отцы и деды, живя собой и для себя…
Но то, что было хорошо и правильно раньше, часто становится губительным сегодня.
И если ранее было проще и удобнее каждому из нас двигаться самостоятельно, не учитывая ни намерений, ни целей других, то сегодня, человечество вынуждено вырабатывать, ранее не существовавшие правила дорожного движения…
В международной жизни ощущается острая необходимость чего-то подобного… Возможно перенесения, когда то в древности выработанных правил поведения личности в обществе, на межгосударственные отношения - чего-то вроде: «не делай другому того, чего бы ты не хотел сам претерпеть от других». «Помоги ближнему»; «будь добрым, терпимым, благожелательным». «Соблюдай данное слово», «будь честным», «порядочным» и т.п.
Без соблюдения этих правил и законов любое государство мгновенно рассыпется…
Не соблюдение справедливости и главенство силы в межгосударственных отношениях лишают общество малейшей надежды на стабильную и спокойную жизнь…
Претензии любого из государств на «господство» любой ценой, для получения только личных выгод, обязательно встретят сопротивление и будут саботироваться мировым сообществом.
И наоборот, мир поддержит любую силу, гарантирующую всем странам поддержку, закон и справедливость…

If we will throw the broad view above of the world history so we will notice its division into two large parts which are regularly changing each by other.
Behind us is a long process of constantly strengthening of the fight without rules, by the people, classes and states which reached of the extreme limit by the 20th century.
The unprecedented development of science and technology do the continuation of this process in the same direction impossible.
Now begins the same great wave of new historical movement of humanity, which bears a compensatory nature.
It is waiting for us of that not a simple time of the changing style of life which is inevitable by a cardinal change of motion.
From the language of force, blackmail and threats, treachery and betrayal, we would have gradually refused out, changing it for the friendly cooperation language.
In order to survive, the society will have to try on the principle of the "whole" which is characteristic for any living organism, where all the "parts" perform their unique function in the interests of the general quality of life.
And as the world, whether we like it or not, is a global whole (this is confirmed by modern quantum physics), so almost nothing new do not need!
This whole which is established by a long evolution already exists.
An evolution has not ended, the movement continues, gradually changing its direction.
We all take an active part in this process; but our paths as the path of the planets coordinate naturally with the world geodetic lines.
The change of the orbital motion is theoretically possible, but it will have to spend for it the considerable additional effort, which is not always feasible and economically justified.
Therefore, knowledge of the orbital line directions or of the "traffic rules" is very important! The infringement of these rules shall be punished by a nature.
We often thinking that life are moving by a straight line; that you can unconsciously to exist also as our fathers and grandfathers do by a living for themselves...
But what was good and right before often is ruinously today.
And if earlier it was easier and more convenient for each of us to move on their own way, without taking into account neither of the other intention nor goals, today mankind has been forced to develop the previously non-existent rules of the road...
In international life there is an urgent need for something like that... Maybe the transfer it from ancient times developed rules of behavior of the individual and society for intergovernmental relations - something like it: "Do not do for others what you would not like suffer myself from others'. "Help your neighbor"; "Be kind, tolerant and amiable." "Keep own word", "be honest" and "decent", etc.
Without these rules and laws every state will be collapsed...
Non-observance of justice and the domination of force by the interstate relations depriving society of the slightest hope of a stabilized and peaceful life...
Pretensions by whatever of the states on the "dominance" at any cost, for only personal benefits necessarily will to meet resistance and be sabotaged by the international community.
On the contrary, the world will support any force that guarantees for all countries supporting of law and justice...
