Mark Kremer was born in 1928 in the town of Pushkin , a suburb of Leningrad, now St. Petersburg. Member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 1956. Trainee Peter Buchkin , Rudolf Frentz and Alexander Lyubimov .
He studied at the Moscow Higher School of Industrial Art named after Stroganov , then the Leningrad Higher Industrial Art College named after VI Mukhina , first in the sculpture department , and then painting. Benjamin Veniaminovich Kremer (1899-1978) stood at the origins of the organization of the Leningrad Branch of the Union of Soviet Artists ( LOSSH ) , which was established in 1932, together with Isaac Brodsky.
