The new design has no shortage of light and space, with an area twice the size of the museum's former territory. Should not be discounted and security issues: architectural design will allow the building to withstand even a 5-point hurricanes. Nearby Café Gala "(named in honor of the wife of maestro) offers delights of Spanish cuisine. The building also will house a student gallery, a theater and classrooms. Official opening of the "crystal ball" was held in January 2011. The amazing collection of works in conjunction with the stunning architecture and interiors, will undoubtedly be a grand hit Tampa Bay.
