Hello !
I really hope to help local members of the forum .
There is a picture that is passed from generation to generation.
I would like to know the author , perhaps it was written by someone from the province of Poltava , but not a fact .
Just behind is the seal bailiff (unfortunately, the bottom could not make out the inscriptions ) .
Help, please, if anyone knows or suspects someone's authorship .

Are you sure that "from generation to generation?"

Amateur painting, vskidku until 20-30 years of the 20th century.
The author can not be determined, it is worth very little.

It is better to keep as a memory of relatives.
