Member of the Academy of Arts of the USSR. People's Artist of the USSR. A member of the Academy of Arts of the GDR. A painter, graphic artist, monumental and decorative art and sculptor. He studied at the Kharkov Art College (1915-1917) in Moscow in VKhUTEMAS /VHUTEINe (1920-1925). One of the organizers and instigators of artistic groups OST (1925-1927). Was a member of society, "October" (1928-1930), RAPH (1931-1932). Exhibitions since 1924 one of the first to take up the industrial and sports subjects. Since the 1930's. great place to work, AA Deineki took a monumental and decorative art. Created the mural "Stakhanovites" for the Soviet pavilion at the World Exhibition in Paris (1937). On sketches AA Deineki and under his supervision mosaics for the decoration stations "Mayakovsky" and "Novokuznetsk" Moscow Metro (1938, 1940-1941), Moscow State University (1951-1952) and the main foyer of the State Kremlin Palace (1960-1961). The designer was "Bath" VV Mayakovsky (1930, Theater. Meyerhold, Moscow), "Birthday" Bro. Tour (1945, TSTSA). He taught at the Higher State (1928-1930), MPI (1928-1934), MHI (1934-1946). Vice-President of the Academy of Arts of the USSR (1962-1966). The works of AA Deineki are stored in the collections of the Tretyakov Gallery, Museum, Kursk State Picture Gallery of the AA Deineki and other major museums
