transportation pictures from Ukraine to France for an exhibition

has the potential to organize an exhibition of painting in France, but not in the gallery , and in the office of a large company . please show me the process of registration of export works (say, 20 pieces , various sizes , 70 - 90s ) . I - heiress painting. I know , you need to get help to the Ministry of Culture , and which still need paper ? how long the application process and how about cost? and how to carry on the plane so much work ? they are paid as regular baggage or spetstarifu ? where better packaging to prevent damage ?
