Kropivnitskaya, wife of famous painter Oscar Rabin, was born February 14, 1924 in Moscow. Her father - Eugene Kropiwnicki - was a famous poet, painter and composer. In 1950 it formed around the so-called "Lianozovo School, which included his brother Kropyvnytskyi Leo, her husband, Oscar Rabin, as well as a number of famous artists and poets.

Valentine Kropivnitskaya with her husband emigrated to France in 1978. In 2007, the Pushkin Museum in them. AS Pushkin was an exhibition of her works, which also features works of her husband and son Alexander Rabin.

Since 1992 - Member of the International Federation of Artists.
