Polish Institute in Kiev will present its biennial artist under 40 years old, born in Ukraine, irrespective of its place of residence, for his contribution to the development of modern art. According to its initiators, the creation of such a prize - the opportunity to recall the contribution of the Poles, which at the same time were the sons and daughters of Ukrainian lands in the formation of the world's cultural heritage.
