The search for iconic structures and new meanings have been particularly relevant in the twentieth century. Two world wars led to a reconsideration of values and gave a strong impetus to the development of various spiritual practices. In the early twenty-first century, the young author from Tuva collect their "material rebounds" based on personal mythology, which come into dialogue with the artistic search for predecessors.

The author in his first personal exhibition space creates a special part of the myth of the lost link between man and nature. Expanding in a certain order their "material rebounds, Eugene weaves two important elements of his mythology: the material sense of things and the memory of the place. Thus, the fabric is in the hands of the artist's ideal material for creativity. This fabric is a metaphor for the fabric of space since ancient times - that knotted letter, folk embroidery, ornaments, preserving the memory type. But the memory - that memory processes, rethinking lived. For Eugene Antufieva Tuva became a catalyst of inspiration as the image of the ideal home, as the umbilical cord that connects the man and the land, the geography of the place as a part of fate.

Tuva - tight space, surrounded on all sides by mountains, so all energy is slower, old. "Objects of protection", presented at the exhibition of the same name - is an attempt to go back even further, to surround himself with a cocoon, field, fold in the embryo. Every object, from the herbarium to the dolls and embroidery, is a special part of the author of the universe.
