First lessons of drawing the artist received from his father. From 1912 to 1918 he studied painting at the Kazan Art School [3] (now - the Kazan Art School. N. Fechin, 1918). Held solo exhibition in Ufa (1943. 1966), Leningrad (1963) and Moscow (1975). Since 1937 - Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR, in the years 1937-1944 - Chairman of the Union of Artists BASSR.
Trained an entire generation of artists Bashkir. Among them: B. Domashnikov, Panteleev, F. Kascheev, M. Nazarov, Lutfullin, P. Salmas, Kudryavtsev [4][5] Kuznetsov, MD, et al
Tyulkin AE was married twice. First wife, Mary Agisheva Martemyanovna (ok.1878-1946), his second wife, Antonina N. Mikhailova. (1909-2003)
Works Tyulkina are in many museum collections, including the State Russian Museum, State Tretyakov Gallery, the State Museum of Oriental Art, the National Museum of the Republic of Bashkortostan in Ufa, Bashkir State Art Museum named after Mikhail Nesterov and others. In Ufa, a memorial house-museum of the artist.

on at an auction ( 02/02/2008 ) sold just three equal-size (35x45) cardboard Tyulkina industrial landscape for the price of 11 ( Blue Lake )
 up to 17 tons rubey (price for each of the other two landscapes) . I think someone from Bashkiria and bought them.
Guess this one You have yourself to be the manager to sell to some of Bashneft every 20-30 more expensive. No? >
