Not quite sure what does the size of the fields, if the image size and the leaf is clear ( ) is not the same ? If the size of the " non-standard ", it can affect the price.

The original format is not known exactly (all existing instances cut binders ), but is approximately 28 × 18 cm ( 1:1,56 ). Proportion inlaid band ( 1:1,72 ) also tend to the golden section.
