The exhibition represents the first time in Russian art museum known Moscow artist, graphic artist and painter, individual style which emerged in the 1960's. Boris Kocheyshvili gained fame as a talented poet, author of six books. His poems were included in the two-volume anthology of Russian poetry (1950-2000). The name of the exhibition - "Simple Summer" is derived from the title of his collection of poems, printed in Soviet times, "samizdat". The exhibition book has been reprinted and is provided with author's illustrations. In early September, the Russian Museum, a presentation of the book.

Artworks by Boris Kocheyshvili are in the State Tretyakov Gallery, the State Russian Museum, State Museum of Fine Arts. AS Arts and in other collections of art museums in Russia.

The exhibition includes more than 50 works of the last ten years: paintings and reliefs or volume picture, created by the artist in the original author's technique. Boris Kocheyshvili able to "translate" the scenic improvisation into a solid material and lock in a cast loose palette knife work.
