I. Dmuhaylo was born in September 1914 in the village Tolochin Ekaterinoslav province (now Dnepropetrovsk region of Ukraine). Almost 60 years have lived in Belarus. A graduate of the Dnepropetrovsk Art College (1939). He worked mainly in the genre of lyrical landscape and still life.
