Yeremyan Varsham Nikitich

(1897-1963) Artist cinema, painter and graphic artist. Studied in MUZHVZ (1917) and the Higher Art School in Moscow (1921 - 1926) from SV Gerasimov, AD Drevin, RR Falk. He lived in Samarkand in 1918 - 1921 gg. and 1927 - 1937 gg. then - Tashkent. Participated in exhibitions since 1918. Since 1937 - artist studio "Uzbek Film" (1944 - 1963 - the main artist). The designer and illustrated books for publishers and TadzhSSR UzbSSR. I drew for the satirical magazine "Mushtum" (1928 - 1963 gg.) Performing political posters (1920-e gg.). Participated in the design of Samarkand to the revolutionary holidays (early 1920).. His works were exhibited at international exhibitions (France, Austria, Germany, USA). He taught at art school in Samarkand (1918 - 1921, one of its organizers), studio skills in CX UzbSSR (since 1944).
 

 People's Artist of Uzbekistan, a disciple of R. Falk, graduated from the All-Union Institute of Art in Moscow. Closely related to a AG Volkov and W. Tansykbaev in that era Nikolai G. Karahan (1900-1970), People's Artist of Uzbekistan, a disciple of S. Yudin. N. Karahan fascinated by the nature of mining in Uzbekistan. In his sketches and paintings of developing stories related to seasonal work in the fields of rural toilers, the artist varies the motives of spring and autumn, morning and evening, combining plein air, and genre to another picturesque whole. In the movements and gestures depicted people do not rush and hurry. He masterfully conveys the state of nature, bathed in sunshine. In the charm of landscape, genre, artist sketches very often uses the blue range, full of silvery light.
