Born in a family with an interesting history. Represirovan grandfather was in the 36 th, the wife not left him and went after him in Magadan. In 1956. they are allowed to live in Kishinev. Father and mother are introduced in Leningrad, where the study together at the Technological Institute. Father has a Crimean Tatar roots, and soon they moved to the Crimea.
With 10 years Ira Zaitseva studies at art school. After finishing work in a puppet show, and soon in the Gorky Russian Drama Theatre - designer.
Since 1993. completely gives himself to painting.
