Before I continue the publication of early graphic artist, I would like to share with new works. These beautiful landscapes - the thin air and are made in the technique of drawing paper /acrylic, 62 * 70 According to Boris himself, like "Sketches" help him to accelerate to move on to work on hardboard. Will continue its slow (alas, not otherwise go ...))) story about newfound artist's works of Boris Kocheyshvili.
Today I would like to show a series of early lithographs. They are made in the mid 60's. In these studies, yet the tone so characteristic of Kocheyshvili working out all the volumes, which imparts a strong emotion and "picturesque" his later chart.
These multi-figure compositions are still quite in line with the "realist" art, although it should be noted that they already appear neotemlimaya feature worldview of the artist - I'm talking about the theatricality of everything around him of being. And though the artist had not yet found its here, so individual, unmistakable face, these works are very interesting. Characters, so densely populate these songs are extremely characteristic. The plot of their relationship, though it is not clear to read, but nonetheless very interesting. In these studies clearly visible sharp and virtuosic drawing, which the artist Boris Kocheyshvili always possessed perfect.

All these lists are familiar to the artist's size 60 * 72.
I humbly beg you to make allowances for that sort of thing is bad enough, and indistinctly read in so uzhatom size, so I tried to add and dilute themselves of the most curious fragments.

Maybe it's my own subjective feeling, but I think it far from the truth: in these works still strongly feel the influence of the so-called "left Moscow Union of Artists." Characters that inhabit the leaves of young Kocheyshvili, despite its light, often though elven nature and quite bohemian appearance, yet clearly fall blood kin to all girls and boys, painted by artists of "severe" style. With that in themselves compositions, in the intricacies of multi-image has clearly shown a purely personal "baroque" principle, inherent in this artist.

Did not I finish the promised report on a newly acquired earlier works Kocheyshvili. I think sooner or later, this material is finally formed in the form of a published article, and then I will be much easier to get to know him readers. )))

Although confusing and complicated history of these works the audience is still unknown, some of the "rescued" masterpieces will soon be witnessed firsthand. Some of these works will take part in two large Drafts: solo exhibition Kocheyshvili the Literary Museum in Trubnikovsky lane (opening in early March, we give almost the entire mansion under exhibition - three large rooms) and HUDGRAF in the Small arena (end of March, respectively).

It is preparation for these two events now occupies all my time, and does not finish the study found material. But, in the process, as usually happens in the bowels of the inexhaustible riches of his studio, all sorts of interesting happens, valuable, and sometimes even priceless))) finds. So I came upon a pile of pencil drawings 70-ies. Here and tonal compositions, which form the basis for the compositions of coated paper /ink, and just a full-scale drawings. I hasten to share his find - and really interesting.
All these risunochki I already gave a baguette. Decorated in a mat, they will appear on the walls Litmuzeya and a pair of triple - and HUDGRAF.

I'm pretty sure that all of these risunochki (the size of their way, 5 * 5 cm. - 10 * 10cm, no more) provided the basis for the large graphic works, some of them I even met in the pages of newspapers and in various meetings.
In the studio there is only one such pair: a sketch /graphic sheet (by the way, exhibited a few years ago the gallery Visitors in Chekhov's house, an exhibition of "The Diary of a space"). This little pencil risunochek now - quite a valuable discovery. )))
