I agree, fragmentation is very similar pieces all at once avangadistov beginning of last century (This is used by many). But it is not identical and similar things as I see only crushing. There is also similarity with specific artists. Though, if you always assume that the artist who had written, for example, rural landscape, "decimated" by Levitan, then, yes.
