I am sure that those who wrote this only themselves in it and believe.
But at the same time nurturing the hope that others will believe it. And any educated person only laugh at such a scribble. |

When Bashkirtseva lived in Ukraine, it was one of the provinces of RI. States, this country was not. I zyka was not even Ukrainian. Throughout the XIX century in Russia Empire, it was believed that the Russian language consists of the following options:
Great language Little-Russian language Belarusian language. These options were not considered separate languages and dialects of Russian. And Valuev Circular ( Circular of the Minister of Internal Affairs PA Valuev, Kiev, Moscow and Petersburg Censorship Committee on 18 July 1863) wrote bluntly: no special malorossiyskogo language was not, and there can not be, and that their dialect, used by commoners, is just the Russian language, only spoiled by the influence of Poland, that the Russian language as understood by the Ukrainians as to Great, and even more intelligible than it is now created for them by some Little Russians and Poles in particular, so-called Ukrainian language. Persons of this circle, which is trying to prove the contrary, the majority of Ukrainians themselves blames the separatist plots, hostile to Russia and disastrous for Little Russia. (c) We may recall the famous Emscan decree, an order of Emperor Alexander II, signed by 18 (30) May 1876 in Bad Ems (Bad Ems, Germany), aimed at limiting the use and teaching of the Ukrainian language in Russia Empire, which had simply stated: According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. 1. Do not allow entry to the limits of the Empire, without special permission of the Chief of the Office of the Press, any books were published abroad in the Little Russian dialect. 2. To forbid the printing of the Empire, at the same dialect, whatever that may be original works or translations, with the exception of historical monuments, but the fact that these latter, if belong to the oral folk literature (what are the songs, tales, proverbs), izdavaemy were no deviations from the general Russian orthography (ie not published so-called "kulishovkoyu"). (c) And what about "Ukraine" could speak in the second half of XIX century. History-we must remember. If I was born in Kuibyshev, then I write everywhere so, and in the passport so it is written now, although this city returned to the historical name Samara. But I was born some time in the USSR, although there is now a country. |

But I still harbored the hope that our city back its native name - LOTS.
This is many times better than Dnepropetrovsk. While our national champions of the idea want to rename it to Sicheslav, well, well, eh? Most opupeli. From recent. Began to return to cities and streets of their historic names. So we have Sadovaya. Rather it was her name until the 17 th. When boards become ul.Serova, in memory of the Soviet pilots. And now she has returned to the "historical name" Juliusz Slovak. What has he to us, this attitude Slovatsiky nobody knows and understands. It turns out that our president in favor of the Polish president to please. Normal? |
