Irinarm. The fact that you have read as "ROZH" - in fact, is the signature of the artist. Short name, presumably, starts at B and ends at Hb. With such a combination of letters you can search and author. Bunin, for example .... Put photos, signatures of better quality, I think that its interpretation does not take long ....
