The Charalambos D. Kostandi was born in the second half of the 1860s, in Odessa. Studied at the Odessa art College and private studios in Paris. Graphic artist and painter. Basically wrote Marina and forest landscapes. The only collective exhibition, which recorded the participation of H. D. Kostandi documentary - "2nd spring exhibition in 1897 in Odessa. In 1900 for the lottery "in favor of shelter for the workers of the press" X. Kostandi allocated 100 paintings before the game was exhibited to the public. Died H. D. Kostandi after 1917.
