About "good" painting in Ukraine, I boldly assured that it is NOT there and almost was...was in the 90s a little spurt, but after 2000 painting worthy artists just disappeared...even among collectors and dealers simply don't exist...10% have survived from that everything else was taken abroad and near abroad.
