For some reason we are discussing only the stars like Hirst or Koons . In fact artrynok not fed them , IMHO , it's authors to the media . Being in the U.S. I saw Hurst ( skull on the foil ) once and then , in a Russian gallery .
A picture and the market is living in very different authors , there is known and unknown here . Evaluate the Western market at a cost of Koons and Hirst is the same as that assessed rossrynok cost Nikas and Tsereteli.
It seemed to me that the live , daily sales are 10-50 thousand dollars . Buy modern authors . Then some of them transferred to the discharge of hundreds of thousands and millions of dollars , but the other market , slower . Sergey, do not forget the context - this theme is dedicated to the fair in Maastricht, that is, the high-end art market, where this year is just before the car, painted Koons (it - the car - remember, was reproduced on the forum).

My decision not to go more on this fair - this is not a boycott. As you know, I go there I am solely with cognitive goal. The principle of fair, I think I realized exceptional things on her show quite a bit, I just was not interested to continue, that's all.
